For a long time, I've always felt the government already have the cure for all cancer and such but they wanted people to go through the painstaking process of chemotherapy and whatever else to slow down the process of dying and decaying.
I remember a long time ago I walked into a gas station and saw a magazine (TIME I believe) saying, "This baby could live to 125" and I was like yeah I bet the baby will, only if the government would allow us access to life-saving cures and such.
Couldn't find the magazine and I think it was TIME or something because I remember there was a red border all around the magazine with a baby in the middle and "This baby could live to 125" title in the bottom center.
I even remember this "miracle" drug named Rapamycin and it was an age-reversing/anti-aging pill that someone found by accident. They were testing it out on their aging dog, who couldn't run or get up stairs and was practically wheezing all the time. They administered the drug to their dog and within a week, the dog was like a puppy again, running in the field, chasing after the ball and such! When I first learned of Rapamycin, I knew it would be confiscated by the government as they wouldn't want anyone to get "better and younger".
Rapamycin is now marketed as a "hormone booster" drug or something like that, and it's somewhat illegal and you would need to find a doctor who believes in it. One doctor said he was taking it and all of a sudden he felt like he's 25 years old, when his actual age is 75.
