It won't matter if the FDA approves the Moderna "vaccine" or not... if Moderna is being sued for conspiracy to commit criminal fraud and is a defendant in multiple criminal trials (which will soon be the case).

Ivermectin and HCQ are now moving to the forefront as the best PROVEN means of treating Covid-19. That eliminates any legal standing for the "emergency" mRNA vaccines.

Anyone who even thinks about injecting people with the Moderna mRNA vax will be sued out of existence. Manufacturing of the mRNA vax will grind to a halt... and everyone involved will be running away from it.
