This is a message of some sort. There is NO way with the clearances these people have that they are all working from home if they are doing anything classified. They need SCIFs, secure computers, etc... The parking lot would never be that empty if they were truly doing anything.

Wanna bet they all signed NDAs and were sent home and are getting paid to act like they are still working?
