The deep state will use the China threat of nuclear war as the front for the blackout. This will happen when the election fraud in AZ is exposed and they will say it was because of the investigation happening on COVID.
The whole world already knows the virus came from China. Trump made that very clear. Those following Q know it was released by the deep state to steal an election, destroy the middle class, force a vaccine and de-populate. Now the deep state is improvising and is going to use this as the event for the blackout.

Thanks friend... So no 'actual' EMP. It could still be possible that the MSM uses that to explain a coordinated blackout.

Communications blackout for sure, according to Q. Remember when we all got that EBS on our cell phones? We have considered getting a CB. Just for a backup.
