The stage is set. Q told us what is to come.
The deep state will use the China threat of nuclear war as the front for the blackout. This will happen when the election fraud in AZ is exposed and they will say it was because of the investigation happening on COVID.
The whole world already knows the virus came from China. Trump made that very clear. Those following Q know it was released by the deep state to steal an election, destroy the middle class, force a vaccine and de-populate. Now the deep state is improvising and is going to use this as the event for the blackout.
EMP incoming?
I have worked for PG&E for 15 years... we've had massive 100 year storm in 08... no generators... we've had what was considered a category 2 hurricane hit my area in January 2021 .... no generators.... now... out of nowhere they've removed employee parking in our yard and there are 12 diesel generators (tractor trailer style) at the marysville substation.... The Harter Substation has 10 ish .... and the Rio oso substation ( which by all acounts is A HUGE substation) has 20+. I have not seen the rio oso sub generators with my own eyes but a trustworthy fellow lineman relayed to me what he saw. On Thursday i can give you an exact amount from all 3 substations. Also... theory only based on my training and experience with these 3 particular substations and their proximity from one another you can sufficiently transfer all power and disregard the various smaller substations (pease, oswald, bogue) and keep 75% of this area of California energized. ***end of theory *** i am also unsure if other "areas" are stacking generators at their particular subs either but i will have more info on Thursday June 3rd

UPDATE* So the reason i am being told from the mid tier brass here at PG&E on why the generator stacking at various substations is because the 230kv transformer at the RIO OSO substation had a catastrophic failure. The stacked generators at the Marysville Sub and Harter sub are to help the load balance of electricity when they take the RIO OSO sub offline to make repairs. .... So.... in my area of operation this now makes 5 total substations either offline or critical (barely hanging on).... offline subs : Colusa , Rio Oso critical subs : Dunnigan , Arbuckle , Pease Semi critical : Wilkins-Slough , Colusa-Junction Normal : Bogue , Brows Valley, Bangor , Oswald , Live Oak ,
