All I see is science garbage that only a biologist/doctor would understand. Are we sure this is real? Are we sure this isn't just garbage put out as a prank? Emails usually have something other than science in them.
Apparently its from a FOIA? I see a lot of blacked lines. I DLed the whole 362 megs and there is more than just gibberish so maybe this is legit? SMH... has anyone looked for switched letters in the PDF???

People need to pull their heads out of their asses. I posted this after only reading a few pages from a screenshot. I downloaded the whole PDF and have read the whole thing now. I get its from a FOIA and most likely is real.

Go read my posts about all the letters that were switch to Qs. You know they look like a 0 but the real ASCII is a Q underneath. Q edited that PDF before it was released just like they did other FOIA documents.
