I know just the cliff -- south of Tillamook, Oregon there's a trailhead parking lot. About 20 paces north thru the trees will get you there. Watch your step! It's a good 400-foot drop to powerful waves crashing on jagged boulders below. Make mincemeat putta that mouse! Although I prefer a public stoning first, for that murderous weasel.
