I'm rather curious what everyone thinks. How bad do you think the cheating is? Like for example, do you think Fulton county and Atlanta are actually red, but they just cheat that badly there. Or perhaps it's a swing county in reality, or maybe it's actually blue, just nowhere near as much as they make it out to be.

It has to be draconian, and it can’t happen behind closed doors either. It needs to be seen by the public otherwise it will happen again. A few a day for a year should be enough to establish a history for future generations.
In those times, as punishment they used to chop off the hands of people who stole.
