Why does Q duplicate posts sometimes?

Ive seen this before, always wondered, but never found out why. For instance, posts 194 and 195 are the same in content. Why does Q do this?

Two reasons I can think of:

For Emphasis.
For The Hard of Hearing.

Same reasons I have to repeat everything in my household.

I just figured that **one **reason was that it could be a way to duplicate/ reset markers for future comms if that makes sense.

Sometimes the 4chan or 8kun website won't update correctly. It makes it appear your post didn't show up. So some things get reposted.
