... what happens with the Senate and Congress seats? Surely a new election will be needed to get bona fide candidates to fill them, there is no way to recount all the existing votes. Good way to get the Rhinos out too.
Still waking up, so maybe that is not a smart thing to ask but hmmm... What do you folks think?
I don't see where China being involved matters at all. If there was widespread fraud, it simply doesn't matter WHO did it, but rather that it was done period. The massive fraud that I saw looked to be at the grassroots level. Yes, there certainly could be a Chinese connection, and I presume there is, but to me it doesn't matter at all. In fact, it might be easier to just convict all the domestic idiots that pulled this off, THEN go after China. Stolen votes are stolen votes, and I believe MOST of it was domestic. Possibly by a wide margin. Mail in ballots...
It matters a great deal.
Colluding with a foreign enemy is treason. A whole different ball game than just doing some domestic fraud.
Hell, in my humble opinion it should be treason to steal an election whether there is outside interference or not. Orchestrating a coup should be treason, am I wrong? Yes, having direct evidence that China was involved sure helps the case, but do you think that the people in Atlanta, Ruby Freeman and the gang, had any real idea of a Chinese connection? I don't. They were just doing what their US commie leaders told them to do, to get rid of Trump. That is still treason, to me.
Well Treason is defined already, despite your opinion.
"Under Article III, Section 3, of the Constitution, any person who levies war against the United States or adheres to its enemies by giving them Aid and Comfort has committed treason within the meaning of the Constitution. The term aid and comfort refers to any act that manifests a betrayal of allegiance to the United States, such as furnishing enemies with arms, troops, transportation, shelter, or classified information. If a subversive act has any tendency to weaken the power of the United States to attack or resist its enemies, aid and comfort has been given."
"The Treason Clause applies only to disloyal acts committed during times of war. Acts of dis-loyalty during peacetime are not considered treasonous under the Constitution. Nor do acts of Espionage committed on behalf of an ally constitute treason. For example, julius and ethel rosenberg were convicted of espionage, in 1951, for helping the Soviet Union steal atomic secrets from the United States during World War II. The Rosenbergs were not tried for treason because the United States and the Soviet Union were allies during World War II."
So we really need China to have attacked us with the bioweapon, so that qualifies as an act of war. It also makes them an enemy. Now if you collude with them to change the outcome of an election, you have commited Treason in the constitutional sense.
Thanks. Is a coup any less punishable than treason? To me it's the same level treachery, just from within. Kind of like mutiny, in a sense. When your own people try to overthrow a duly elected POTUS, it's damn bad.
