Eye's of the Devil documentary where the director interviews members of a trafficking network who lay bare the whole operation.

Make it through that documentary and then it'll be clear that these monsters deserve no quarter.

This rot runs deep. Remember Paul Newmans summer camp that mysteriously burned down had top notch medical facilities. They could perform surgery onsite if needed.
