Isn‘t the speaker of the house third in line for the presidency if the president and the vice president become, uhm, incapacitated?

Yeah and given the the lack of validity of those in line for succession he'd be right up pretty quick.

I feel that Speaker of the House this is the most likely path to the Presidency for Trump, assuming he isn't still President through some unrecognized legal means..
