Nope ... it's one of those Jimmy Carter gifts that keep on giving and looks like it was formally founded right around the time the Pittsburgh Pirates last won a World Series (or any post season series for that matter).

There are good things Carter gave us : "Malaise speech + "wear a swetah at night"" = Good since it led to Reagan.

Department of Communist Education and Department of Regressive Energy Policy = Bad. Very very bad. Played a role in the shitshow we have now.
