Are you kidding? I print brochures and mailers all the time and if I provide a database of addresses they will do the postage and mail. It’s no big deal.

This is done for election ballots? I'm sure you would agree a ballot is different than a marketing brochure.

Well yes but knowing the pure shit show that occurred including ballots printed and shipped from China, why on earth would they suddenly care in the city of Detroit? It’s like expecting a rapist to make sure the victims hair isn’t messed up. A rapist doesn’t care An election cheater doesn’t care if the printer does brochures too and is sloppy.
