Well I didn't get my sense of smell back after I recovered. That is definitely new.
This is a real virus with different characteristics then flu or cold.
One of the reasons so many people died is that doctors were setting the ventilators up for pneumonia patients, but with Covid-19 they had to be set up more like altitude sickness.
One of the disinfo attacks on us is this idea that there is no such virus. That it was just seasonal flu. That is bullshit of the variety to make us look ignorant when people repeat it.
We didn't need to do any lockdowns. We didn't need to wear masks. All we needed to do is keep this away from nursing homes and other elderly people.
Instead Cuomo and the other Dem governors forced Covid-positive patients into the nursing homes against their will.
I was a believer of: no such thing as covid. My husband & I got covid, we were down for 4 weeks. It was like a bad case of bronchitis. My husband thinks we both had pneumonia. We each lost 20 lbs. It's behind us now & we still can't smell. Once in awhile, we might smell for a few seconds. I have to salt all my food now because it tastes flat to me. The truth is nobody has to die. We went through frontline doctors ( frontlinemds.com ), they got us all the meds we needed. They even called us last week to check on us. We got sick on April 26, 2021.
It sucks doesn't it! Took 6 months for my lungs to recover. I suppose you have been taking zinc as part of your meds.
In February of 2020, a co-worker went to visit her sister in NYC. She brought back an illness that ran through our company like wildfire. I was one of the last to get it. We joked about it being Coronavirus, not realizing it was already here.
I was so weak I could not make it upstairs to go to bed.
Are you low in Zinc?
Have you tried zinc supplements and a zinc ionophore? You might recover your sense of smell / taste
