Did that pre-recorded voice warning people to evacuate somehow also come from the satellite?

The rv camper in Tennessee that played a 50s jingle then gave a loud warning for 10 mins like one that sounds like a warning from microwave use on a military post. Then beam of energy comes into picture and vaporized an rv at like 5 or 6 am on Christmas
