From their calendars, it looks like the House didn’t have anything in person until 1100 EST, and the Senate didn’t have anything until 1500 EST. I don’t know though what time the “drill” started and ended.

I believe it was first posted on GAW around 1 PM. Given time for RCJ to record, then upload, it could have occurred during the 1st hour of the House session.
