Makes one wonder what they are up to lately. Placate the 1776'ers until the they drop the hammer on us, then change whatever at will. Not that I think that will happen but could be the mindset or the Patriots are in control.

The author wrote that he thinks this has to do with a warning from the SC to not pack the Court. It could go either way depending on who is President (hmmm).
