Nothing in logic prevents the white population of the US from being non-raysist and the democrats being corrupt election cheaters at the same time.

Silly of us to think a man needs to be eligible to be president before he's "elected" even if the cheating was done really cleverly and all hushed up.

That is going to prove to be one of those stubbornly persistent problems.

What would happen if someone challenged a BO era law in the SCOTUS on the basis of the law being signed by an ineligible actor?

Can it be proved that BO was ever president?

No, it cannot be proved.

Cnn saying it isn't proof.

Popular opinion isn't proof either.

Avoidance of great legal and political difficulty isn't proof either.
