Just an additional thought...someone local should try to sign up and attend that 9pm Thursday late class....I bet it'll be an "advanced" class that you have to be cleared to attend but if the class any good that tiny parking lot should be loaded with cars if you were to stop by...however...I am willing to wager that if there are any cars in the lot at all it'll be less then a dozen...I'd get those license plates then as well.
