Joe Biden did say the 'n-word' in hearings, but he was reading a transcript to shock everybody about how racist the person saying the words was. It is important to get this shit right, folks. The premise of this meme is invalid.

No. The Premise made by the image is that Joe Biden is ray-cist because he said the N-Word 13 times. That is disingenuous. That is twisting what occurred, just like Fake News does to us every day.

Just because they put the word 'quoted' in there doesn't change the gist of the meme.
