I often wonder why in the hell they let Obama beat her in 2008. From a tactical point of view, that was stupid. Between Bush pissing all over conservatives, the overall disgust with McCain, and the way the DS drove the economy to a halt then, they should have run Hillary as Pres and Obama as VP.
Of course, this is all based on what's known now, but, still, the putrid cunt could have won handily despite being a wreck of a candidate. The press could have fawned over the Veep for 8 years ... that would have been 8 years of solid hopium for the liberals ... they would have done everything to get him into office in 2016.
I wonder why they didn't do this ... one thing I can think of is that they may have been worried about her losing in 2012 since she is insufferable. Still, it's pretty clear that someone like Romney would have gone along with their plans. Maybe Hillary being the sure fire nominee was the trigger that got Trump into the mix?
Bush is in on it. Once he won re-election, he checked out. The Rs had a near supermajority in the Senate and a decent margin in the House after 2004. Bush did NOTHING with that, and the Rs seemed OK with it!
Bush almost seemed relieved when the Dems won in 2006. Then, what made me downright loathe him vs dislike him was "See ya at the signin" in response to the amnesty bill he was trying to ram down out throats.
On the plus side, he did redpill me ... I was a cheerleader for that motherfucker back in 2000 ... by the time his Presidency ended, I could see through the entire charade. Only downside to that redpill was that I thought Trump was full of shit early on, but came around later in 2015 when I got the feeling that he might be for real.
Your point of her being insufferable is probably on target. I know lifelong democrats who voted for Soetero then Trump. I’ve heard OF other llds who did the same - the prevailing reason being that “Hillary is evil”. People intuitively know that the Clintons are murderers.
You have some excellent points. I think having the "Rock Star"Obama there for his 2
terms and setting the stage for Hillary to finish the job must have been more attractive than risking that Hillary may have just been a 1 termer.
Whether in future we will find out how the "White Hats"managed things will be extremely interesting.
Well in 2008 I was still a 1st wave feminist democrat who couldn't stand Hillary and for all my she-power thinking, thought a white woman with a black VP was...um too reminiscent of a bye-gone era.
Couple that with the inability to hack voting systems and sell the lie on social media..... thinking that might be a contributing factor.

The country was ripe for so called racial unity after the bush administration, hurricane Katrina and shit like that.
They ran Obama because of this. And he won because of this.
Without GWB there would be no Obama
