THE EEOC DOES NOT MAKE LAW Please, read beneath the headlines
Many of you wonderful HEALTHY AMERICANS sent me news articles today saying...
"Peggy, look at this! THE EEOC changed the law! Employers can mandate vaccines!"
Well, that might be what the HEADLINES say.
But, when you read the second or third paragraph beneath the headlines (and please, I implore you to do so...) you'll see the rest of the story.
And the rest of the story clearly states that employers must accommodate employees who do not get the vaccine due to medical or religious exemptions.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE EEOC
(1) The EEOC did not change the law -- because the EEOC does not make law.
(2) The EEOC is a federal agency called the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
(3) The EEOC upholds federal non-discrimination laws.
(4) The EEOC is on YOUR side as an employee.
(5) The EEOC has sued many companies that discriminate against employees based on their age, disability and/or religion or other protected characteristics.
(6) Most importantly -- the EEOC confirms and reaffirms the fact that employers MUST provide reasonable accommodations for those who do not want to be vaccinated. PERIOD.

The FDA is breaking the law by not recognizing the peer reviewed studies showing the efficacy of Ivermectin and HCQ in treating Covid. They are not allowed to issue EUA's of vaccines if there is an effective treatment. Since there is, these vaccines SHOULD go away along with passport mandates. However they are going to need to be forced into acknowledging these treatments. THIS should be the focus of all efforts, not getting around employer mandates using exemptions! We need to hold the CDC and FDA accountable for following the law!
Totally agree. But the resources aren't just about exemptions. There is legal info that can be quoted to employers to make them aware of their liability if they try to mandate in violation if the law.
This! Educate yourself on how laws in our country work. Also how media uses fear and misleading headlines to trick you into complying with their narrative, when you have EVERY LEGAL RIGHT to shove it right up their ass!
So if the only exemptions are medical and religious, what are you supposed to do if you have neither of those and just are not interested in taking the injection?
The shots are not fully approved. They received only emergency approval (thanks to DJT). Legally, therefore, they CANNOT be lawfully mandated and constitute a "medical intervention" which is a violation of the Nuremberg Code.
Employers requiring them are in violation of the law. Sadly we are at a point where we may have to choose to quit rather than get the death jab until the truth comes out. Hopefully soon!
