Perfect Weapon by David Sanger is a book that basically paints Russia as this evil super-villain that has infiltrated every aspect of the cyberspace and hacked every cyber infrastructure. Its the digital boogeyman. And of course fake news NYT has glowing reviews for it.

This guy is probably saying that whatever election hacking that happened, that he can pin it on the Russians. More disinformation. I think this guy is a black hat.

Now where is Sanger name familiar from? Wasnt there some evil lady named Sanger in Hillary's crooked witch group ?
