Trump is a literal billionaire... with access to Musk's Starlink and military technology. If he wanted to, I think it would be conceivable for him to develop a superior alternative to YouTube/Twitter/Fakebook. I honestly hope that's part of the plan, as I've always wanted these awful platforms to be replaced, but it is simply impossible for the average joe to compete considering Google has literal warehouses worth of server space which no normal person can reasonably afford (but maybe Trump can).
