It is though, in more ways than just the food.
Chick-fil-A lost my support after CEO Dan Cathy went onstage for a televised discussion, took a knee, and shined a black rapper's shoes to demonstrate we need to have an apologetic heart. He then gave out 1,500 shoe-shine brushes to his staff and encouraged them to find someone's shoes to shine to express "a contrite heart, of a sense of humility, a sense of shame, a sense of embarrassment begat with an apologetic heart." Promoting the "White people bad and should feel shame for sins they themselves (and in most cases, their ancestors) never committed" message makes Chick-fil-A part of the problem.
Yep! My fiancee is so mad that I won't go there anymore. It's her favorite.
I live in the mid west, the youngsters working at Chick-fil-A and Culver's and some of the other small frozen custard stands are typically much more polite and helpful than the other, large fast food chains.
Most of that stuff is not healthy if not outright poison so I don't go often but the way they treat customers does play a role in my choice.
Not anymore. CEO shined blm shoes and they stopped donating to Salvation Army and other Christian organizations like Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Anything that goes against lgbtbs they cut off. And their food is not that great either seriously.
I agree, their food is mediocre at best. A Chick fil A opened in my area a few years ago, and they've been doing really well. The sandwiches are very over-rated, not very healthy and the waffle fries taste like they weren't cooked all the way. Also pretty pricey for what they have.
You'll get just as fat, and told that you should be shining the shoes of blacks just because.
I'll get on my knees when they get on their elbows.
