Well it might suppress votes. If people think their votes might actually be counted, they probably won't vote. No wait.........uhh....umm.

Well it makes you a bigot or something if you want votes to be counted right. Or it's a phobia or something. Whatever it is, it makes you a bad person. Just know that. You'll have cooties if you really count votes honestly. And you'll be the only one who wants that. And everybody else will hate you. So just know that.
