I would think the certification gets challenged in a court of law, or something like that. Perhaps it doesn't even get adjudicated, it may be a legislative issue. Either way, the state gets de-certified. Then the question is what happens nationally? it's been posited that the national election requires 50 states to be certified before it can be certified. That would mean, imo, that Biden is immediately disqualified from sitting as president since the national election is now de-certified. Whether that then means that all states need to go through a forensic audit is anyone's guess, but I would almost guarantee that someone will put forth some legislation to demand it. It won't take but one or two more swing states going through an audit and showing fraud before the rest of the state's certifications are mute. The election will either be set aside or Trump is declared the winner. I just don't have a clue what mechanism (SCOTUS or Congress) gets us there.
