So disclose.tv reported that Biden was currently over 2 hours late to NATO presser which they updated when he showed up, saying he was 2.5 hours late. I thought it was suspicious so I started searching todays deltas and surrounding dates deltas and came across this.... https://qalerts.app/?q=%23%231503
