No it isn't. Look at the top of Trump's hair In the upper part of the image. See how it aligns perfectly with the center line of the narrow window strip behind it? Now look at the reflection. His hair now goes just past the top of the same window strip. This shows that the reflection represents a lower vantage point, which is exactly what one would expect from a true reflection. This is the most irrefutable evidence of authenticity, but there is more.
See how the reflection is darker at near the bottom of the frame? This is because, as the angle of reflection with a transparent surface becomes less oblique, the ratio of reflected light to transmitted light falls, so you would be getting more of the area under the table mixed in, which may not even be illuminated.
There is also a ceiling light visible in the reflection that is out of frame in the upper part of the image, which either means that cropping occurred after an edit, or that the reflection is genuine, as supported by the previous two pieces of evidence.
