The photo they chose to run with at the top pretty much says it all re Creepy Joe's allegiance and who the message is intended for. It's not for us, but for [them] to continue the propaganda war and to let [them] know that "Joe" is onboard. But since he's not the one in charge, and he doesn't take his orders from Trump, it means [Hussein] is speaking to [them] thru Creepy Joe.
