Ahh good point. I think if they are tried and convicted up treason then yes. If they're a citizen then they retain there legal rights until convicted I guess. That's what makes sense to me. I'm sure there's law about that somewhere. Due process. Can't be deprived of liberty, property and life without due process. I'm not saying go lynch every democrat. We have due process for a reason. If they're foreign enemies then they get no such rights as far as I'm concerned. The UN might disagree but fuck them.
