Unlike everyone else on this thread so it would appear, I understand what you're saying and it makes sense, if it's true. Do you have sources for me? (on like, photoestrogens replacing estrogen production, and them being weaker?)
I'm lactose intolerant so I've considered trying various substitutes because I used to love drinking milk, but I'm reluctant given stuff people have said about soy in particular.
I get what you are saying. The the real question is, will your body create more receptors to balance out the weaker phytoestrogens. Your body is constantly trying to balamce out. your hormones. So if weaker phytoestrogens use the estrogen receptors, wouldn't your body create new receptors to balance out your hormonal level. Hence once the phytoestrogens are used up, your body will have a shot ton more estrogen receptors, at lleastfor a while while it balances out again?
He's saying that photoestrogens replace natural production of estrogen but are weaker in effect (as you yourself mentioned). That's why he's suggesting that consumption of soy actually reduces the effects and production of estrogen, just as consumption of a weaker testosterone would reduce the effects and production of testosterone.
I don't know if that's true but his argument follows/carries, so chill out maybe?
That's one of the main problems actually. It isn't actual estrogen but it mimics estrogen which leads to having a hormone imbalance. It affects both men and women. It's just not a good idea in general to eat soy.
Sounds like you have whopper tits
Im not saying people should eat garbage fast food. Im simply pointing out the science to clarify a common misconception.

I don't know how else I can word it for you. Soy burgers create soy man boobs.
