This is horseshit. It all started with an "investigative" hit piece by the local paper, The Tampa Bay Times. I watched it unfold in real time and it was the typical misleading, biased, only-some-of-the-facts-but-not-all-of-the-facts reporting we see all around us. The Pasco Sheriff's issued a DEVASTATING reply at the time, but TBT had long ago locked down their comments sections and catered the Editorials to the hard left, so it was surpressed, as always.
Fact of the matter is Pasco Co has been the "growth" area of the Tampa region for over a decade. It's a former rural area they're trying to control, and the sheriff is having none of their liberal bullshit as the crime rates skyrocketed during the period.
I live in Florida, and Pasco county is notorious for pumping out meth heads, it's infested on the level of German cockroaches, as much as I love our great state, and fine governor, we have a meth problem, I live in one of the wealthiest counties in the state, and there's at least one meth head in my apartment dumpsters daily, they steal anything and everything, also we have a massive homeless population, the weather is easier for living in the woods, and unfortunately I don't think we have the greatest systems in place for dealing with it. My guess is Pasco county is trying to take a page out of notorious Sheriff of Polk county, Grady Judd's book. Vice is probably reporting on this to take shots at Florida/Desantis.
Every thing in this world including every media outlet is under direct or indirect control of the White Hats. Be prepared for absolute miracles to happen in the coming weeks. Things you never believed possible.

I used to live in New Port Richey In Pasco County Fl... I moved to a small rural town in NC in the Blue Ridge Mountains on the lake and I couldn't be happier
Illegal as hell. I had to have a real reason to track someone and a time limit to hold information like that. It got audited every 30 days. As a cop I knew wi the bad guys were and would just hold that shit in my head. But to make a data base of innocent oeople? Sheriff needs to be gone.
