In San Francisco, they've banned plastic straws but are handing out free plastic syringes with needles for drug users.

so can the people not in charge. I have a reusable metal straw, every time I get a drink I request 'no straw', when i get to the window i point to a pile of unused straws 'no straw' every fucking time they hand me a god damn straw and refuse to take it back. "i already handed it to you sir, i can't take it back, covid and health regs.'
