I guess he did not wantto be less white lkl
Oh they lost plenty for that... and lost more than 4 billion.
However I do believe that most Americans are extremely ignorant to how big Soccer (aka football) and their players are around the world. Yes a popular player can damage a brand a lot in a day. But 4 billion? Yikes no.
Yeah, this is projection. A lot of those rich cunts out there that make billions off of stock will simply buy what Coke says caused the loss. They don't investigate what actually happens or causes drops.
I quit buying their products much earlier when they told their employees to be “less white”. Pretty sure they lost most $$ there and then even more with the soccer guy comment. Coke should fire their management.
new spokesman, Sammy Sosa. wooops!
Howls....
I hope Coke goes broke.
How much did Coke pay Ronaldo to trash talk them?
I thought it would have been any of the numerous PR disasters they’ve had.
But apparently they’re blaming a professional athletes preference for water.
Looking at the trading chart provided in the article it’s a little hard to refute. I view it as investors collectively reacting like “Oh, shit! Cat’s out of the bag and the backlash is going mainstream.”
Dimes to doughnuts there are some major shorts on Coke stock.
