Need the presidency and a full congress before that will pass, but once again we will see who lives up to their constitutional oath.....or not.

Perhaps, but ALWAYS remember that FAR too many will vote FOR something when they know it won't pass just so their records show them to be supporters of the Constitution but will vote AGAINST the same thing if it has a chance of actually passing.
