McClosky just said on Greg Kelly's show that it was a "parking ticket" - a 750.00 fine. The new prosecutor dropped all the felony charges. Potential pardon coming, regardless.
He also just posted on Instagram about how much he loves the Bushes. I’m in Saint Louis he’s just outed himself as a RINO with close deep state ties. To the point where I am now suspicious about the entire BLM cutting through his yard to get to the mayors house. (His house wasn’t on the way to the mayor FYI)
Lesser of the evils, they can always buy more since it's a misdemeanor and not a felony. Don't get too hyped up about material things when the choice is possible jail with a felony charge. BTW I'm not a lawyer so this is not legal advice.
I don’t know if you’re talking about here or the McCloskeys personal campaign Instagram account with very clear pictures and writing about the bushes and other RINOs. If you want a link I can show you.
Dont know if its true but if it is they were likely going to get railroaded into 20 years in prison so did what they had to, to not go to prison. Like they have done to many people. Look how many Trump supporters arrested from Jan 6 committed no crime but were told you either plead or we put you in prison for years.
Well what they did was pretty fucking stupid. They went out of their way to go be all cowboy and shit because they're rich and were mad that people were in their neighborhood.
When they (the police) examined her pistol it turns out that it wasn't even assembled properly so if she had tried shooting anybody nothing would have even happened. So it's not like we're even talking about smart gun owners. Their trigger discipline was wank, they couldn't take care of their weapons enough to keep them operable, and they went all gung-ho into escalating a situation because they wanted to look tough.
I think people have a right to their property rich and poor. I think they have a right to own firearms and to protect their property. I think they were being harassed by a group of people who didn't like the fact that they were living in a gated community and decided to break down the gate leading to their home. I think they have the right to quiet enjoyment of their home without people barging onto the grounds in mass. I think they have the right to stand on their property with their weapons in hand if they are being threatened. I think those that were trespassing were the stupid ones and very lucky they didn't get shot. I think McCloskey's were targeted by a leftist DA who had a political agenda, and used their power incorrectly. Nothing would have happened had the mob not trespassed and instigated the matter. I think they should not have backed down and plead guilty of anything. I think you have a right to your opinion no matter how stupid it sounds.
This is wrong! Give up their weapons? What if those weapons had been antique heirlooms from the Civil War or something like that? No, you fight on all the way to the Supreme Court!

That's very interesting to hear. Now he's running for the Senate. Something in the back of my head kept saying to me that this story smelled fishy.
"Mark McCloskey recently announced that he is running for Senate"

Agreed.
Blue crayons are the best.
Can't believe anything you read on any site. I keep forgetting !

Strange in that how Mark McClosky is also running for Senate at the same time.

Discretion is the better part of valor.
They probably just wanted it to be over and that was the easiest way

They're lucky it didn't go worse for them.

Great grand pappy's AR-15?
Right! My family still has our ancestors' Civil War rifle; Brigadier General Thomas Babcock Hazen.
Unfortunately, if it's on Daily Wire, it's real.
Most of the time I'd agree, but it isnt always.
