We really need to attack this collectively, with a class action. I don't know how to tell what law firm could really make a difference. I am disgusted.
So much is happening so quickly- I am going to be looking for information on class action lawsuits. This is completely and unequivocally illegal. I just realized I don't know how to spell unequivocally. :)
Yep, fun fact no one considered closing down anything until all the colleges suddenly chose to close up shop last year all in the same week. Harvard was the first and everyone else fell in line.
He graduates this year, and is at arguably the toughest military school in the country (not an academy). He's worked his ass off to get this far. Also, this is a coordinated thing- I would probably be hard pressed to find a college not doing it. This needs to be fought everywhere at the same time- not by one person at a time. That's my opinion. I am just starting to research options.
We were just notified that our son's college is requiring it today. I am beside myself. If course, he can do either exemption, but then would be required to wear a mask all year and be tested mercilessly.
