I just say "It's OK. I have immunity".

If they press me on this I say "I had the virus last year and it didn't kill me."

And "My T cells give me lifetime immunity from all variants."

(I like to refer to T cells rather than antibodies as some people think they are knowledgeable about antibodies. Nobody knows about T cells - or, if they do, they know I'm right.)
