The 'Niagara Frontier' includes the 36-mile land BORDER INTERFACE between the US & Canada, along the Niagara River from Lake Erie to Lake Ontario. It has always been an EXTREMELY strategic area.

It also has huge electrical power generating plants on both sides of the river, key chemical industries, and so much more - way tntm. The Canadian and US shores of L. Ontario have also comprised a hub for MKULTRA type experiments in the past. And the NF, NY [then] 'Bell Helicopter' plant (near Lockheed, also cabal), is even said to have hosted a secret project in the early 60's having to do with antigravity discs, according to an ex-worker from back then.

Interestingly, a recent NF, NY long term mayor, Paul Dyster, was a member of the CFR: '30th mayor of Niagara Falls, NY 2008 to 2019 [Democrat]' ; 'PhD in International Relations and Law'; who 'served as Director of the Graduate Program in International Affairs at The Pentagon from September 1989 to August 1994' and 'a Fellow of International Affairs for the Council on Foreign Relations from 1987 to 1988'.

Impressive, though Niagara Falls NY seems a rather small city to be hosting such strategic firepower in its mayor. Our Canadian research brothers and sisters may possibly uncover similar interesting points(?) about people and places on their side of the border.

Niagara County (U.S.) is sprinkled with various 'abandoned' nuclear silos, and also interestingly, some technically-minded people have noted that the Dome at the Our Lady of Fatima Basilica/Shrine happens to be configured exactly as a giant radio antenna array would be - with accompanying strange effects on birds, etc.(!)

Niagara Falls has also long been considered a 'Power Place' in spiritual, esoteric and health/healing terms (despite the uber toxic 'Love Canal' and Manhattan Project nuclear waste buried all around the county). In terms of tech (and his original idea of Free Energy for all), a giant statue of Tesla even presides over the Falls :)

So as with many sacred sites, Good and Evil could be regarded as 'warring' over this region of great physical and spiritual power.

A number of years back it was validated there were indeed systematically placed subtle reflective markers (not red) on the BACKS of highway/street signs radiating away from Niagara Falls NY, and out along the southern U.S. shores of Lake Ontario

(an area that also harbors a string of nuclear plants).

There used to be a conspiracy theorist who wrote quite a few books on black ops.. Jim Keith I believe. He forwarded the theory that the inspection stickers on the road signs would tell foreign troops where to go, as in they formed a pattern and always ended up leading to a base or government building. This might be where your friend got the idea.

The markers are on the back of the signs because it is a covert operation. That is pretty easy to figure out. They are disguised as "date stickers" as a cover-up for their real purpose.

TACMARS are "tactical markers" and are read through side mirrors driving with the normal flow of traffic with running light on the back of the vehicle. This allows the vehicle to continue on with the code information reflected back to the driver without stopping and looking behind at the marker on the back of the sign. Marker codes on the opposite side of the road are clearly seen as you are looking at the back of the signs anyway.

As for MG/GPS it is fine if it is working properly. In a worse case scenario it may not. In a first strike nuclear attack the first system that will be targeted are the satellites. These contain logistics for guidance systems for our missiles.

One airburst in the upper-ionosphere with send EMP waves so intense it will fry sensitive circuitry in GPS signal arrays. Kiss your GPS goodbye if two or more satellites are disabled. Until another satellite comes into range you are down.

Then you have ground transmitter malfunctions that are likely. They could be sabotaged, destroyed, or hit by EMP weaponary, power failures, signal disruptions.

All in all, the military is not so stupid trusting all of their navigational eggs in one GPS basket. There are contingency plans that are in place and TACMARS are a vital part of the operation, especially with foreign speaking military not familiar with the language. These universal tacmar codes are to bridge language barriers among multi-lingual personnel.

There is no need to drive on the opposite side of the road to read these markers as stated above, though on divided highways during martial law "off ramps" become "on ramps" and authorized vehicles only may travel any direction they wish. TACMAR codes on the ramps point to sites on the overpass right or left using color coded directory arrows and tacmars. The tacmars are only one phase of the signcodes the directory arrow configurations are coded also on the fronts of the signs.

So yes, the entire Niagara region has been and may still be a key theater of operations in this unacknowledged war that's seemingly been going on.
