Collect pine needles. Watch YouTube video on how to make pine needle tea. It’s THAT simple. Spruce needles work too. From what I gather it’s great beating-down most viruses. Has tons more Vit-C than an orange, and another compound that destroys spike proteins.

Thank you fren! I know about Milk Thistle to detox liver, green tea etc. Maybe the Doc was referring to pine needles but the name she used wasn't familiar to me. I think I saved the video will just have to dig. Take care!
