Absolutely. I think he's trying to change the narrative for those asleep. If he called it a conspiracy, then many would immediately tune out. We know it's a conspiracy. a conspiracy is nothing more than two or more people trying to do something unknown to someone else. Like football players in a huddle, baseball guys doing the sigs and gesticulating, corporations demanfing non disclosure agreements. Conspiracies are everywhere. But he calls it a "system." And that's really what it is. It's a system designed to push the propaganda, etc. People are more comfortable; at the moment, with the word "system." It's used so casually.
