Itchy trigger finger. Constant repositioning of the hands and fingers wrapped around the grip. I've seen this before. With enemy combatants we call terrorists, as well as our Service Members who KNOW we will be in for a fight.

I know it's circumstantial, but this guy was literally itching to shoot someone that day. Why? Most likely be side he was told to shoot someone. "Who" wouldn't have mattered. And I doubt Babbitt would've seen him in time to stop climbing through that window.
