Catholic bishops defy Pope, agree to discussions which look to lead to a determination that Catholics who tolerate and support abortion should not receive communion https://www.breitbart.com/news/catholic-bishops-vote-to-approve-new-guidance-on-communion/
See you tomorrow.
#7 <---Father Altman talked about it in his homily during the Saturday night mass on the 19th. He said only 75% of bishops agreed that Catholics who support abortion should not receive communion, but that 25% disagreed. He said 25% was too high, and I agree. In comparison, he talked about the recent 9-0 supreme court decision in favor of religious freedom in regards to Catholic or Christian adoption agencies. He said this decision by the bishops should have been like that, a 9-0 landslide unanimous decision. The fact that a quarter of the bishops at that conference are OKAY with giving communion to people who think killing their unborn children is fine is HORRIFYING.
Father Altman gets it right again.
