This is so easy. Take everything they say and think the opposite. Whether it's a name like "Center for Democracy" or a statement like this one simply acknowledge that it has the opposite intention. Very few, if any, in our current governments has any concern for "empowering individuals".
I know, clown world is so upside down. The only "power" being given is that which they've taken and so many of the sheep don't want to see it.
Democracy is idiotic by default and it is fitting that Rats babble about it being the be all end all of human existence.
Democracy is mob rule. The USSR was Democratic ... They held elections. Granted the choices were Communist #1 and Communist #2 for the most part (sort of like many districts in the USA today), but people would choose their candidates thinking they were in control.
Every single time you think of Democracy in a good light, keep in mind that you're trained to believe that. I am only speaking from experience in that I too used to think of it as "good". It isn't, and the DS wants even more Democracy so that they can vote in a form of government that requires one to shoot their way out vs voting their way out.
Other than that, your point is dead on :-) .
I only used Center for Democracy as an example, the left/cabal/illuminati doesn't give one flying fuck about democracy. Like the Tides Foundation has a nice ring to it, it must be a totally environmentally conscious organization. Nothing nefarious there, right? There are hundreds, even thousands, of lefty organizations with really cute names that have mandates that fly in the face of those names. Classic deception. As for you statements on democracy, I agree to a certain point. Yes, the USSR had the illusion of democracy but, what does the US have right now with the uni-party? World-wide people are voting for two or three or more sides of the same coin. In Canada we have five federal political parties, four of those are ideologically aligned. Oh, they try to sound different but, they all have the same end goals. For me, this is one of the big takeaways from the Great Awakening, how much politics and elections are compromised.
I know what you mean :-) ... stuff like the "People's Democratic Republic of Korea" sounds all warm and fuzzy, but it is anything but that :-) . Like I told you, your post was dead on ... it's just that "Democracy" itself is a bottom of the barrel solution to governing and should be laughed at as a catch all solution to everything.
We know the details of democracy ... we know what direct democracy eventually does to millions of people's freedom. Liberals salivate over a shift to direct democracy since it'd make things a LOT easier for them. Since they made that word sound all pretty, any criticism of it will result in you being unpersoned since it is a direct attack on their 'religion'. That stifles debate and leads to many of the problems we see today.
BTW, I love Canada :-) ... not so much your leadership of course, but each and every single time I've had the pleasure to visit, I've had a blast and met some great people! Hopefully we both will be celebrating the same holiday sometime in the near future after we have both cleaned house. You'll have to provide the beer of course ... most American beer is piss in my opinion :-) (the mainstream stuff ... not the microbrews and other good stuff out there).
It is a fucking shame what they're doing to your home. I hope they open the border up soon ... I have a friend in Montreal that I need to visit ... he isn't doing well and I'd like to talk to him in person at least one more time before he checks out :-/ .
