LOL people actually saying that the video is in reverse and that the guy is taking bats from people! LOLOL man they're that entrenched in the retardation.

The audio might be reversed but the video doesn't seem to be.

Even if it is reversed - that means is guys in black masks HANDING OVER bats to someone in that window or whatever it was - ostensibly to be distributed amongst others on the other side. The important part is that there were long-a$$ bats being passed around inside the Capitol. Not a stretch to believe it was for nefarious purposes.
