As an interesting aside...In the article that follows the main article, the Queen apparently covered for Diana's butler:
"The butler was subsequently charged with the theft of more than 300 of Diana's personal possessions. The first jury at his 2002 trial was discharged for legal reasons.
After a second jury was selected, the case collapsed following a remarkable intervention of the Queen, who informed the prosecution that Burrell had told her shortly after Diana's death that he planned to take many of her papers for safekeeping."
Looks like the Queen had something to hide, as well. What were they hoping to find in Diana's papers?
Charles was interviewed by the police and gave a 'statement of truth' which we can access in full in 2038 (it is in Kew Archives), Philip was asked to answer questions and said 'No, thanks' pretty much.
There is so much to this, as well as very strange articles like this which read as comms- I won't offer you a conclusion but I'd be grateful to hear your interpretation.
All this recent speculation prompted the surgeon who operated on her (he is a gastric doctor oddly who now works with the elite in Paris) to make a statement (he's been silent up until now)
Speaking of comms, I recently ran across articles about a French thief, Abdelatif Redjil, who claims to have held Diana's hand and heard her last words:
I started down this rabbit hole and discovered he stole some of Picasso's works from Picasso's granddaughter, whose name just happens to be Diana Widmaier-Picasso:
Now, what are the odds that both women were named, "Diana?"
What is odd, though, if you don't know the thief's name or the fact that he stole from Picasso's granddaughter, It's very hard to verify he was at the scene of Princess Diana's car crash. In fact, if you search for the person who heard her last words, the art thief doesn't pop up, but accounts of a fireman hearing her last words do:
That is incredible, I've never seen such an accumulation of comms. It's possible to draw white/black sides from this I think.
Odd you mention the lack of public profile- when I searched the doctor it was much the same- all articles were either simple Linked-in and medical stuff or DS articles of recent date.
A lot of obfuscation around this- I'm finding older articles a bit easier to find clearer indications in- the recent stuff looks to be DS smoke & mirrors.
I did have a few physical newspapers from the time- sold them 6 months ago. Ooops.
She certainly was active for someone close to death. There is more accounts than seem possible- like the re-enforcement of messaging we see in the 'news'. Lizzy's cover in the courts looked odd too- to intercept Burrell releasing any of the items in court- I think he was trying to 'do a Rudy' with the evidence if you catch my drift....
For me, 2 real options emerge.
Knew it might happen, insurance note, interviews, publicity, but it still happened and has been a yuuge cover up since.
Same as above until publicity then Houdini out of it. (only thing that draws me a little with this is the immediate reaction of close relations)
The whole reason I started back down the Diana rabbit hole is because I've been wondering whether she might still be alive, just as some people suspect JFK Jr. is, and possibly Michael Jackson. There were so many odd things about Diana's death that make you wonder.
From day 1 I've questioned whether she was actually buried on the island at the family estate. Her coffin was extremely heavy, as is evidenced by the fact that the pall bearers were obviously struggling under the weight of it -- and they were stout military men. So, how did they get it across the water and onto a small island and get it lowered into a grave? You couldn't exactly get heavy equipment onto the island.
Some of the locals have thought she was buried in the local church where her father was. There was some odd business going on in the middle of the night near the church and people were instructed to stay in their homes, but no one actually saw anything that I'm aware of.
The day the funeral cortege brought her to the estate, there were plenty of aerial views of the island and estate. Diana was the most photographed woman in the world...and yet we don't have a single photograph of her being buried on the island. How is that possible?
As to things Diana wrote and said, she once made the comment that she knew she'd never be queen. She also knew before the wedding that Charles was cheating on her. Charles was seen on a train with a woman everyone assumed was Diana and she was teased about it later. As it turns out, the woman on the train was Camilla. Unfortunately, I can't find a link to this at the moment.
I think Diana knew a whole lot more about what was going on with the royal family than she could let on. Paul Burrell was supposed to be very loyal to Diana. My guess is, she'd written some of this stuff down and Burrell got it out of there before it was found and was smart enough to stash it in a safe place, perhaps even as insurance for himself. Who knows?
He has a lot to hide and maybe this is his payoff from the cabaal.
That was my thought, too.

The butler accused of amassing 300 items from Diana is Paul Burrell- I believe he was also in possession of a note from Diana

Then, we have a Mr. Dalby hearing her last words:

And, a doctor heard her last words. Unfortunately the article is behind a paywall, but here is the link:

For someone who was close to death, she was certainly able to make herself heard by a lot of people.

I was hoping you'd say that- I'd like to think so too.
I can't remember whether you sent me this Neil Young / JFK Jr site or someone else- sorry if I'm offering you your own sauce!

I've also heard reference to there being something underneath both the island and the church- rumour alone though.
I had thoughts of these kind of things when I saw this:

Notice the 71 / 17 comms. (I haven't looked for more examples, half dig...)
