I have zero medical knowledge so it's a bit hard to read. Seems like the guy was in bad shape to being with. I guess it's not surprising that spike proteins were found in most organs, doesn't that just mean the virus had spread to those organs?

The virus produces spike proteins, which is also why the method of vaccination made little sense to begin with.
