I don’t see any proof that this is from today. He could have voiced over previously recorded footage.

You mean other than the upload date on the video? So, he just so happened to be asked about flags at the Pentagon. Went over to drive by the Pentagon to get a first-hand look. And it was another day he did this? Have you been watching any of his videos recently? He has no reason to lie. He just gives us a first-hand look around DC practically on a daily basis. He doesn't give an opinion one way or another. He just shows us what he sees and nothing more. I have no reason not to believe him. I have no reason to believe or not believe the original video on this post. We are just sorting through data.
